Fossa Chocolate Soy Milk & Youtiao

This chocolate embodies that classic breakfast popular in Singapore, Taiwan, and parts of China: soy milk and youtiao (豆浆油条), a kind of savory deep-fried cruller. Crispy and chewy, they're delicious on their own but dipping them into a warm bowl of soy milk adds a yummy something something.

In collaboration with Xi De Li, a pioneer in Singapore's youtiao industry since the 1920s, this scrumptious treat combines dehydrated youtiao with creamy, aromatic 38% soy white chocolate.
